Quality Assurance benefits our customers as much as it does us. Our certification first achieved in 1990 underpins the ethos of the Company and is a sign of our continued commitment to achieving the highest possible standards in our work.

An examination of the way we work explains why we can confidently offer this kind of assurance.

We pay close attention to detail from the very first stages of tendering. We do not simply install roofs, we install complete roofing systems in which each component is selected on the basis of its compatibility within the installation as a whole. A Contract Specification sheet is prepared for each contract clearly detailing the materials to be used and the specified method of installation.

All materials are sourced from our approved supply chain partners and have been selected to comply with the necessary standards. Deliveries are made on a just in time basis to site. This brings important benefits – an uncluttered, more efficient and safer site; reduced wastage through damage and an assurance that all materials are in perfect condition for use.

We invest significantly in the training of our workforce with programmes designed to ensure our men have the skills and knowledge to install the full range of roofing materials. We are an SQA accredited training centre for the delivery of the modern apprenticeship qualification in roofing occupations and this is managed by our in-house Training Officer.

We operate a stringent quality auditing system which includes both random and scheduled auditing of our installations. Our system is also regularly externally audited by BSI to ensure continued compliance with the required Quality Standard BS EN 9001: 2008
