Marley Contract Services has recently invested in supporting a range of new apprentices as part of its commitment to the new Ayrshire contract. The apprentices all live within the local area and are being trained and supported in a range of skills.

Archie McPike said " The construction industry is suffering from a skills shortage, we believe that by developing apprentices we are playing our part in ensuring future generations do not lose valuable skills and trades."

The apprentices will have the chance to learn about roofing, external refurbishment and will come into contact with all kinds of trades.
