Our service starts the moment you contact us – whether with a written tender enquiry, complete with documentation and drawings, or simply from a phone call asking for information or a site visit.

Our fully detailed quotations will often include suggestions for improvements or offer ways by which costs can be trimmed, without in any way jeopardising the quality of the installation.

We are always happy to visit you, on site or in our office, to discuss your requirements and, if necessary, to take off site dimensions.

We offer impartial technical advice on all aspects of pitched roofing systems. And we will work with any manufacturer’s products, always providing, of course, that they comply with our required quality standards.

On acceptance, we agree a programme with you. At this point, you will, we believe, be impressed by our keen awareness of the importance of speed and responsiveness. We well understand the severe damage that unnecessary scaffold hire, site establishment costs and delays to following trades can inflict on project budgets. We are, of course, happy to agree a tight but realistic programme for our works.

If you have not dealt with us before, you will probably be surprised at the speed with which our works are completed and how quickly you are ready to move on to the next stage of construction.

We have the resources to ensure that the optimum amount of labour is allocated to each individual project. This is why we very rarely miss tight deadlines. More often, indeed, we beat them.

We offer expert site management. Each contract is managed by a designated Contracts Manager who is based in his area of operation and has full control over his work force.

In conjunction with the agreed programme, he will agree with you an exact job specification. The aim is to eliminate any possible confusion about the materials, colours, fixings or any other specification details.

All the products we use – our own or those of other manufacturers – conform to British and European Standards. Our Quality Management system is registered with BSI and complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000.

We were the first UK pitched roofing contractor to achieve QA registration. The system is independently audited, providing you with an unequivocal guarantee of the quality of both materials and working practices. We hold Investors in People Accreditation.

Further evidence of our commitment to the high standards demanded by today’s market place is provided by our trade membership of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors.

All of which might lead you to think that we are expensive. In fact, our prices, far from being sky-high, are very down-to-earth. Our business has grown because of the quality and reliability of our work. Even on a small job, the fact that ours is a big operation means we can offer economies of scale.

What we cannot and will not economise on is quality or customer service – both in the short term and in the years ahead – your installation is underwritten by the reputation of the Marley Group, an organisation whose name is synonymous with roofing.
